I shoot concert photography with my D750. I shoot in manual and until a couple of days ago my burst shooting was fine. I recently switched to back focusing, but everything was still good.
I am on the CH continuous high setting and have it set to 100. If I switch to automatic the camera does 100 continuous shots no problem. In manual it only takes two shots until I have to release the shutter and press again for two more shots. What's even more weird is my first photo is at the shutter speed I selected, but my second photo is at half my set shutter speed. What have I done that has killed my continuous shooting?
I have read the manual and book I have and scoured the internet and I can't figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a shoot tomorrow night.
