VR vs VRll

Often see the the 70-300VR recommended. Is the much difference between it and the 70-300VRll?

If you talk about the Nikon, as far as I know there is only one VR model; the other (older) is non-VR.

Both Nikon and B&H indicate there is a VRII version.

Its VR but just the second generation of this Lens.

I use this Lens and its good for the price.

It's the first time this lens has had VR, but the second version of Nikon's VR. I had the previous version of this lens and it was very nice. Just no VR.

The Nikon link you posted above says VR II. The lens switch probably is just marked VR.
