Saw this article on Photography Life and thought it was a quick read worth sharing. It is a pretty quick read that covered some key questions I have had in the past.

Oh, that is so true! This thread is very helpful, because if you are a beginner photographer you have to know all this information to not get in any unpleasant trouble! I have learned this information on https://photographyprices.co.uk/comm...ing-and-rates/ actually. This is a very good website that is specialized in photography. Also, you can have a photo session here for a pretty reasonable price and at a very high quality. I am saying that so surely because I am their client. So many photos in my Facebook and Instagram are made by them. If you are interested, the link is above!

Interesting article, Dan. Thanks for sharing.

Recently I joined a Facebook group called TheLawTog - the legal resource for photographers. There are a lot of discussions and questions about copyright issues. I find the discussions to be informative and interesting - and am learning things I never knew. https://www.facebook.com/groups/lawtog

They even have their own web site. https://thelawtog.com/

Thank you for sharing this information with us! I am a beginner in the photography marketing and it is good to know all these rules. I started my little photography business recently and I think I am doing well till now. There are a lot of things that people who practice this should know. It is not just the copyright stuff. There are a lot of parts and rules that very often are ignored by the young photographers. I think I will manage to do everything well.
