Wordpress Quest to Simple Sales via Albums and Carts

So I've been trying to find the easiest plugin that would allow me to simply tag an add-to-cart/buy-now marker to existing shots and thus make selling event shots an easy and unobtrusive to the rest of the site kind of process. WooCommerce, while powerful, is an utter clunkery for something like this and any attempt to integrate the idea with it gave me nothing but headache.

Today I stumbled upon https://graphpaperpress.com/docs/sell-media and from some playing around with it, it seems about right although not completely streamlined for how my theme operates at the moment. This one lets you tag the sales info/ablums onto existing files and then display them on separate pages per album with a nice and easy cart/checkout style. It only shows a given max size in a preview and allows original file download post-purchase. It's free for all the basic features.

My site operates on showing custom galleries where you can't just add the shopping custom code since the gallery pages are streamlined instead of being blank pages with typical WP gallery slapped in.

Has anyone found something along these lines that's better? And cheers to all who were looking for a sales plugin.

I may toss up a test WP site this weekend just to take a look at the link above. Definitely sounds interesting.

So free ones are all clunky as heck. Would work for selling artistic prints, but not event-type albums full.

I suppose the other question is encouraging 1 on 1 interaction via emails for those who want a digital or a print or streamlining everything for customers' convenience.
