Wide Angle Lens

Hello folks! I recently made this pic with a 28mm/3.5 Nikkor and old school electronic flash using Kodak 200 Gold. Post Production I cropped it stopped it down about a 1/2 stop and boosted the warmth and contrast. Perhaps the greatest merit of the WAL (wide angle lens) is the depth of field (DOF...) it offers. It can do some neat things perspective wise too. On this outing I was using flash because I knew everyone would be indoors because it was 103 outside. I picked the 28 for the heck of it. I was ready to grab as much real estate as possible sharp as possible. That roll unforunately was sort of a lemon roll but it did produce enough so I could squeeze a little lemonaide out of it!

So please put on your critical hats on and tell me what you think...thanks! Jeff
