Well, today in St. Petersburg, FL marked the last chance to visit the St. Pete Pier. It is going to be demolished by the end of the summer.
There were always plenty of pelicans on the pier, and they had no problems getting right up close and personal with the countless people coming and going.
I was actually shooting a different scene, and as I was in the middle of the shot, I saw this guy right below me! I just pointed my camera down and took a quick shot. Actually one of the better shots I took the whole day.
