Here are a couple landscapes I shot when I was in British Columbia last year. Please let me know what you think.
I've included a B&W and color. Which do you prefer?
Thanks!

Like them both..however, for me, the color image edges out the BW. I like the sky colors contrasting against the shades of mountain colors.

Sorry about your rule but both are great.
Btw, What ISO was this at?
There seems to be higher than desired noise or it may just be my monitor :)

I shot this guy at ISO 100. And yeah I can't figure out why there is so much oise. Maybe someone can help me with that? I never usually sharpen images like this. And seems that ISO 100 is noisy for some reason when I shoot landscapes.
Any tips? Thanks

d7000 and good nikkor lens suspect it is you. The photo looks ok with some editing fill light and crop.View attachment 25292

Ya that looks not bad. Will try what you say. Thanks! Why did you watermark it?
I appreciate the help, but I don't agree with taking other peoples work, downloading it editing it and then putting your own watermarks on it. I would appreciate if you wouldn't do that to my photos.

I much prefer the colour. I'm an amateur and not arty so can only judge a photo by whether or not I would walk past it on a wall or stop and take a longer look. The soft colour is lovely and I would stop to look at it better.
I'm certain Nikonpup meant only to help as he has been very patient and so very helpful with me as I learn to use this site :D
