I like the shot but if it were mine, I'd crop it hard to remove the white elements on the right side of the frame; they're powerful distracting.

This is a quick and dirty idea of what I mean. I'm not totally happy with it, but it moves the subject off center and more in accord with compositional guidelines and removes some of the distraction. I've also clipped her fingers and that's a big no-no in my book...

I don't think the crop needs to be so severe. What distracts me are the skewed lines. Use the perspective correction in LR (or just free rotate with the crop tool) to straighten some lines and then crop to accentuate the subject. I don't mind the white in the bottom right as it shows what she's playing in. You can use the Radial Filter in LR5 to add some proper accentuation as well instead of using the basic vignette tool, which essentially assumes your want to highlight the middle of the photo.

I'm also not crazy about the toning of the B&W on this one for her face. I'd like to see a warmer tone.
