I went to take my Lowpro 300 aw for a little walk last weak and found that one of the zippers was broken.Well got on line and shipped it back to Lowpro Canada and they sent me (for just the shipping)the new Lowpro 302aw.I got it today.There is a life time warranty on the bags.I'm sold solid on Lowpro.

Really, nice, kinda sad that it is cheaper to just send a new product then fix an old, but very nice that you got a new bag out it.

Did you have to send in the old bag?

When I had a problem with my Sling 200AW, I sent it back to Lowepro and they sent me a brand new 202AW. Like slowpoke said....lifetime warranty. Gotta love it. :) Lowepro is all I own.

A similar thing happened to me with a Tenba bag. Great people at MAC group.
I had a Tenba bag with a funky buckle and after contacting MAC group, they told me that they weren't making that bag anymore and I could pick any bag that's of equal or lesser value. I picked a bag that was much better for my needs and I've been very happy.
