I've got 5 new (to me) filters. Now what?

I purchased 5 Nikon brand filters for $10. They're in excellent condition with no scratches or wear.The filters are:
  • B12 (Japan)
  • B2 (Japan)
  • L1A (Japan)
  • 85B (USA)
  • Nikon Polar (Japan) I just read that Nikon only makes circular polar lenses. True?
Now that I have them, is there any practical purpose for them? For ten bucks, I figured it was worth the gamble. Thanks.

I read that the L1A could stay on the camera most of the time (except morning and evening) and the effect would be minimal but would reduce the blue tint that normally occurs outside. Here are 3 comparisons I took. The filtered photos are first (top or left). They are not post processed and taken in the Auto mode.
