I toss them in with the laundry.

I wash mine by hand and use a small amount of detergent. Don't use fabric softener as that can leave a film which might cause streaking.

My wife sells Norwex, a micro-fiber cleaning cloth that is also silver infused (not to be used on camera lenses), but we basically was them with no fabric softener in either the wash or the dryer, and using a small amount of liquid detergent. When really dirty, she will boil them in hot water first, to help lift stains. But for my purposes, just an easy clean and dry is all that's needed.

Oh, and wash them with other items that will not produce lint.
