Particular camera strap?

I've just seen, in a video, a camera strap the goes from the top of the left shoulder to the right hip and back in a loop with a second strap apparently running from the rear to front under the left shoulder. It appears that the camera slides up the front strap for use and hangs at the right hip when not in use. Hopefully this description will enable somebody to identify the make and model and tell me what it is.

Blackrapid here. Not sure which one but love it. Comes off quick. Only issue some people may have is that it takes up the bottom mount hole on the camera but it unscrews pretty quick.

From your description it sounds like the Black Rapid Sport.

There's another, very similar (knock off??) product called the F1 Quick Strap which sells for about $20.

Thanks guys, it was the Black Rapid strap which does not appear to be available in Canada and unfortunately, as in so many cases, US companies that I have tried so far do not ship to here.

On edit: Managed to find a supplier here but the straps are on back order so who knows when it will arrive?

The Black Rapid strap is available in Canada. In Calgary, it's The Camera Store, and they have some in stock.

I haven't bought a decent strap yet, but I'm seriously considering the BlackRapid RS-7.

I'm also interested in the FastFire strap. The difference is that the FastFire connects to the lanyard point on the upper right side, under the shutter release, instead of the tripod receiver hole. I like that idea better, but I'd have to try both to know for sure. The FastFire is $55, and the BlackRapid is $62 on eBay.

I could not be more pleased with my Black Rapid and do not find the tripod attachment point to be as annoying as I thought it might.

Ditto that. I have the BR Yeti and use it primarily when I want to haul two rigs around with me. So I'm runnin' and gunnin' in those situations and never carrying a tripod. I use Tamrac quick release straps when I need a strap for a single body, which is hardly ever since I can grip and go most of the time and am never far from my bag. To me, straps, no matter how ingenious, get in the way. For example, shooting in portrait mode with the BR is cumbersome.

I just ordered a BlackRapid Curve from Cameta Camera in New York, with a Brad Underarm Stabilizer, for $122CAD, shipped to Ontario. I paid $62 for the strap, $16 for the Brad, and $14 for shipping.

I looked all over for the best deal first, including several Canadian sellers. This is the best deal. Vistek wanted $100CAD for the strap plus shipping, and they didn't have the Brad.

I have been using FastFire shoulder strap for about 2 weeks. Gave it a real test this past week. Like it a lot. So much more comfortable than strap around my neck. I like the connection to the camera. Very secure! Frees up the tripod mount for the tripod. Although, it takes a little getting use to.

I use a simple Optex shoulder strap that I got for 20 bucks at Henry's. Might get something better later on but for now it works for me.

I'm not sure if this is a knock-off or the real thing, but here is an L-bracket for the Quick Strap. I'm thinking of getting this to use with my BR Curve:

Free Shipping Monopods Quick Release Plate For Camera Sling Rapid Shoulder Neck Strap Belt For DLSR SLR Camera -in Tripod Monopods from Consumer Electronics on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

$2.50 each. I just ordered two.
