Which elinchrom flash unit to buy ?

It mainly depends on how much you are looking to spend.
And with strobes, you do get what you pay for.
The RX series is spectacular.
If you are looking at on-location shoots more than a studio setup, the best option would be the Quadra range.
Elinchrom is an awesome brand & you will certainly be happy with the strobes as well as the modifiers & accessories.

EDIT - i see you are from my neck of the woods.. here you get packaged BRX series, which are specific to the India market.
You would get the entire kit, i think at lesser than the cost of one RX strobe
