Where to buy starter portrait kit with back drops

Where should I buy this stuff from. I'm looking for hanger kit backgrounds. Maybe white and black. Should I buy vinyl. And what sizes. Also would be nice if if included some light modifiers like umbrella and soft box. Any advice would be appreciated
