Looking to learn more on lighting

I've always prided myself on being a completely natural light photographer, however I am looking to learn more on lighting techniques but not sure where to start? Can anyone recommend any good DVD's (no point in saying books as I'd never read them) lol

'One Light' is great, I just finished watching it and there's some really helpful info on it, he uses a AlienBee on most of the shoots (doesn't say what one though) rather than a speed light, and almost sold me one watching it.
The 'Strobist' dvd set is also good, but it lost me after the 1st dvd, I'm reading the blog now and it's cheaper and has a lot of the same info.

I would start with "The Speed of Light" which is a Nikon School DVD featuring Joe McNally. This will give you some great knowledge on Nikon Speed Lights and how they work. Good place to start. I can tell that once you start to become more proficient with your flash you will change your opinion on "Natural Light" photography. Flash when used properly looks better than natural light.

Also some important things I have learned and now teach over the years are Camera set up is very important to great photography and flash photography and knowing when TTL works and doesn't work and using manual flash.
