Yeah, I was thinkin' the same thing, Sam. Maybe he's just doing a lot of overtime. I hear he wants a new camera. :)

I hear you, working OT can take a lot out of you so lets hope that, that is what Jeff is doing.
I haven't been here in a while my self, still working (maybe only till Oct 31 ) unless my boss decides to extend it, after 53 years I am looking foward to retirement I was going to do that next July anyway.!!!

That will never happen sir.

Wow thanks for the sentiments folks you guys never cease to impress me and in more ways than just your pictures.

Jeff now has a part time job in addition to his full time job. Not because I want a new camera but because my children and my wife deserve to have the best Christmas possible! Gosh darn it they get more flipping expensive every year... :)

I'll get the camera and lens and other goodies soon enough!

Awesome Jeff glad you are okay. Part time job is a good thing especially to help Christmas happen for the family. You are a good man Jeff :)

Used to have a really cool '51 Willy's 4x4 Wagon I was fixing up and restoring. Had a Buick V6, headers, Chevy truck 4 speed and a 2 speed Brownie with huge Sand Master tires.

The one hand or the other deal came up -- "feed the kids or sell the Jeep" --- "keep the Jeep and sell the kids"

It was tempting, but we fed them all the way until they graduated school -- and then some.

I miss that Jeep to this day, but we have three fine grown up and successful sons so it is all worth it.

I had that feeling when i had to sell my beloved Cherokee 4 litre HO ( no really ! High Output )

I had fitted a 4 inch lift kit, rear shockers, parabolic leaf springs, front disconnects for crazy articulation ( i was in an off road club ) huge mutha 34" boots all round. Most of the work was done by myself too, and it breaks the heart to have to let them go. I loved that beast

Kids aren't getting what they used to. You probably made the right choice. :witless:
