Cookies and web browsers

Every once in a while someone here experiences a corrupt cookie which causes problems - and usually requires deleting partial browsing history. Now the main companies offering web browsers will either block them or not be supported. Plus it will help with privacy for all websites.

The article refers mainly to third-party cookies. The ability to block these has been available for some browsers for quite some time but require the feature to be setup. It certainly will be a step forward for it to be the default in the popular browser Chrome.

I block as much crap as humanly possible. I clear cookies often too.
