2 different photographers... take nearly identical photo

This is an interesting read about two photographers that took nearly the same picture of crashing waves on a lighthouse and ended up promoting the pictures on social media. This caused a finger pointing argument about stolen images.

If you fancy yourself a sleuthing pixel peeper then this is an interesting exercise. I was interested in the whitecaps and waves how they appeared identical but in different locations. It was a fun way to get my mind going on a Saturday morning with only 1 cup of coffee (so far).

I read that a day or so ago--what an amazing coincidence! When I first started reading the article, I said to myself, NO WAY! One of them definitely stole this from the other then slightly altered the original. But they really are two different photos.
