Scared wren hiding in my closet

So, a wren flew into my house and instead of flying out the door he entered through, he ended up in my master bedroom closet. He is now hiding somewhere in there. So, I am giving him a break, maybe he will fly towards the light in the bathroom.

Any ideas? He is too fast for me to catch.

It takes a couple people and you need to close off ever path but the one you want them to take. We have an old farm house and Starlings get in the house eves and lets just say it is ugly.

Pat and I roust them with a broom and drive them with that and the sheet. Sometimes you can catch them in the sheet and carry them out in it. Other times they will fly away from it. Have an open window and close off places they can get into. IT is a PAIN.

    Good Luck.

They will follow the light. We had bat get into our place of work we called maintenance and they actually had a butterfly net to capture and release the bat. Those of you that are squeamish about bats they eat a lot of insects and are beneficial to the environment !
Anyway maybe set up a "trap" with bird seeds and use some netting to capture the creature as they are small and fragile. I am sure he/she will be hungry.

I got him out, but I had to wait until he came out of hiding. He was flying around in the closet but wouldn't come out.
I closed off the bedroom, opened the window and took off the screen. Shewed him out of the closet, shut that door. Shewed him into the bedroom and then he eventually made it toward the window and flew out.

I was worried he would get hurt because he kept flying into the bathroom mirror.
He was really fast too, and kept going into small places. He finally landed on a cord near the window, and then he flew out.

    Thanks for the responses.

I didn't get good ones. He didn't stay in one place long. Unfortunately, I had camera shake on the one where he landed on the fridge.
