Duplicate Photo Finder Help

Over the last 12 or so years I have taken 10000+ (possibly 100,000's) digital photos and such. I have them stored all over the place on my computer so now I am trying to get them organized and in one place to back them up and get them sorted. Does anyone have a good program for finding them and detecting duplicate photos, I have several photos that might be close 1 sec apart so I want to keep those but if I have it stored in two locations I want to keep only one.

There's various DeDupe programs out there, but they are usually dependent on filename and/or modified/creation date.

It gets complicated when you have same name files with different properties but are the same pic (for example a copy of the file marks it as a new creation time as opposed to copying the original)

That is my problem I have found the dupe file finders, but I want to do a photo comparison type find where it actually looks at the photo and gives me a preview of both side to side and a % of similarity. I found an old one that seems to do this but it doesnt work on newer versions of windows....

That is actually the first app i tried and it would not load up in windows 10 64bit...I stays running in task manager but never gives me an on screen GUI.
Then I suggest you try Duplicate File Finder by Auslogics. I use that at home on W10 64bit myself. It's NOT the same but if Duplicate Photo Finder isn't working...

Just had a thought: Have you tried running Dup' Photo Finder in XP Compatibility Mode?
