    Web sites for postcard printing

What companies has anyone used to get postcards printed? There are many sites out there with all kinds of reviews. And what weight card stock is recommended? Many sites use 14 pound card stock, but lot of reviews for that weight claim it is too thin. I'm hoping to find something that will survive the USPS.

Vistaprint. We've used them a lot and we've been nothing but satisfied.

Have you seen their actual postcards? Just wondering if they use a heavy enough card stock....

They do our business cards (which we love but we do pay extra for a slightly heavier stock), and one of the galleries I hang in uses them for rave cards and opening announcements. The weight of these cards is pretty good I'd say, if not anything extraordinary. If you want the particulars of their cardstock they have an online-chat option and a 1-800 number.

I use Vista Print too, ordered 200 and am happy with the quality and thickness. I think I got the heavier option last time.

@Horoscope Fish and @Scott Murray thanks for letting me know about the quality of Vista Print. My order arrived today--I chose the heavier postcards, and I was extremely surprised by the weight and thickness! Wow, they turned out REALLY nice! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My church started something new for 2017. They split up the names from the member directory into several lists and asked congregants to pray for one another. They also said we could send notes out to the people on our lists to let them know. So I sent a note card to each of my people and enclosed one of my church photos. I received such a positive response that last week I took a snow photo of the church, printed it as postcards, then donated all of them to the church today. This way others can send out photos.

This was my first time doing postcards. Perhaps I should have kept one as a memento, but there are so many people who could use them more than I. Like I said, I won't hesitate to place another order. The quality of the heavier weight was more substantial than most postcards I've seen in souvenir shops.
