What Happens in Vegas ...

I don't think this is exactly what they meant with that saying, but I will say that food poisoning sucks. Going on my 3rd night in the hospital so that I can recover enough to get back home.

How creative can you get with photography while stuck in a bed attached to an IV?

Oh, man. I feel for you. I've had it before and while I didn't go to the hospital, I should have. It's been over 25 years since the last bad case, and I still won't eat the food I associate with it.

I hope you are completely better and out of the hospital very soon.

I made it all the way to the airport for my flight home, but after getting sick again at the airport, I couldn't put the other passengers at risk for having the flight medically detoured so I had the airport police call for assistance.

Had I been at home, I probably would have stayed home to wait it out, but given where my stats were when I got to the hospital that could have been worse news for me.

Need to start checking the inspection ratings before choosing a strip club. Mexican food... sure. ;)

Feel better. That is not the kind of trip you are supposed to have. Vegas = fun

I swear it was a legit hotel! I'm not as young as I used to be. :)

Besides, we both know nobody makes tex-mex like Texas makes tex-mex. But I figured, can you really mess up fajitas?

The answer is ... yes.

You should have known there was a problem when the fajitas came out of the vending machine by the 3rd floor elevator.

NOOOOOOOOO!!! Not fajitas!!!! :sorrow: Sour cream and/or guacamole?

And you were wise to not get on the airplane when that sick. Air travel can make you feel bad when there's nothing wrong with you; starting off sick,.... no way!!

Yeah, the older I get, I'm like, "Bar? uh no."
My husband got food poisoning at Chuy's. It was bad enough that he asked me to take him to the local doc-in-the-box. Wasn't pretty. We had the same dish. I got lucky.

Sorry to hear this Charlie. I have only had it one time, shortly after I got married. I was in the army and visited my in-laws (Alone, wife was in another state at home), who I had never met. They had a big feed. Then I got really sick. Looking back now, I wonder............................. Ha!
