    On the Basic Editing toolbar there's a button -- second from the right -- labeled, "Insert Video".

    If you're in the Advanced Editor it's second from the right in the middle row.

    It's the icon that is next to the image icon. Click that icon, and a box opens up. Insert your URL into the box (I used your link as an example). This screen shot was from the advanced reply option, but it's the same icon used in the quick reply box, too, Roy.
