I think it will happen sometime. how many missed shots have you had because you shot, then chimped?
I do think it will happen that they (someone) will have a tiny monitor in the VF, for chimping on the fly. dont know how its possible but flying to moon is not an issue. something like what google glass does. I hear the nay sayers and I too dont know about the idea, but im certain it can be done. even if its not the most accurate. its just to gauge exposure roughly. but things like flash going off, movement and composition could be analyzed on the fly. the thing that comes to mind is "where to put it, there's no room in the VF" well im certain thats the small issue out of it all. just like I was wondering how the hell does the canon 200-400 have a built in converter. well they added a little bump to hold it. simple. so well be walking around with a camera that has the VF housing that looks like a huge wart. I think it can be done
I know many were doubters about video in the camera, and now that those nay sayers have calmed down a bit, its a normal feature thats used by wedding videographers and even filmakers.
