Let me see if I understand this. The largest creditor for a bankrupt company its Union's pension fund, and the pension fund buys one of the failing company's components. So the Union, that sucked the life out of the company is now going to manage the failed component to profitability for its members?????

Do Unions in this country have a history of being turn-around specialists?

Bad decisions by management "sucked the life out of the company".

Unions have been a boat anchor around this country's neck for far too long. It is high time they went away, their days of usefulness are long gone. They are one of the primary reasons why the US is no longer globally competitive industrially and why so many of our industries have moved OUT of this country to countries which have no unions.
