    Best bridge cameras 2017

A friend is shopping for a new bridge camera ( around $600, zoom, no interchangeable lenses, fits in a purse)

Found these coming up most while searching.

    What do you recommend?

    Panasonic Lumix FZ2000 / FZ2500

    Panasonic Lumix FZ1000

    Canon PowerShot SX60 HS

    Nikon Coolpix P900

Sticking to cameras on this list I would be all over the Panasonic FZ2500, but I didn't think it was in the $600 range.

My second choice would be the other Panasonic, the FZ1000. After that I don't think it matters much.

Sony RX-100. One of the earlier models is in the price range, "one inch" sensor, 20 mp, Carl Zeiss lens, manual controls when wanted, shoots RAW, etc.

Unless I don't understand what a bridge camera is...
