A DIFFERENT VIEW OF WAKODAHATCHEE

Generally, there are always more than a handfull of "photographers" at Wako. Most have very long zooms up to 600mm and bigger. One little old lady had a lens longer than she was. Everybody seems to concentrate on the birds with long distantant heavily cropped results. And that is all fine and good. But, this very narrow view doesn't allow for the real beauty of the wetlands. So.... I decided to go wide-angled 28mm to show one of Florida's great natural wonders, The Wetlands. These photos were taken on Thursday 12/16/2016.

Great views of Wako Ted and you managed to get it people less. Since I wasn't there Friday, I guess I wasn't the little old lady with the large lens.

BTW, 12/16 was Friday.

I'm sorry for the error.... when you're retired, every day is Friday. The dates are in inconsequential, so I get mixed up. Oz

Thanks for the share. Makes sense. Bring a wide to where the birders go And you'll get shots like no one else's. LOL

Some nice examples from the Sony. I was hard pressed to decide between it or the Df. Lens map won me over to Nikon.
