Sony A99 II

Looks like they finally built the camera I dreamed about....still have a huge batch of brilliant A mount and M42 glass.

40mp targeted for sport shooters? Game on Canikon!

Peeped into it - looks like it took Sony THAT long to make a hodgepodge that nor fully A nor fully B. Not that they didn't need to update their top pro body, but at the same time its not like it will get marginally better battery life still being an SLT camera and not SLR from the mirrorless things. And I'm sure they've long-lost their previously A99 pros to better brands. This year my vote goes out to D500 and that K-1 for being truly awesome, purpose-built, and long-awaited pieces.

since full frame is not a must for me, I settled for the a-77. i'm happy x 3.
