New to DSLR photography

Hi everyone, been interested into getting into photography for a while now so decided to get myself a Nikon D3100 (hopefully being delivered tommorow).

Cant wait to get stuck in, Main aspects i want to get into are Macro, night photography and action/moving shots so il give this forum a read over once i get the camera!

I live 100m away from a beach so looking forward to getting some shots of that to.

Welcome and Congrats on your camera! Just a word of advice...once you get a wide angle lens, there's no going back! ;) You'll love it too much! :)
