Newbie in Maryland without a Nikon (yet)

Good day to all of the Nikonites here. As the title suggests, I don't yet have a Nikon. What I do have is a Minolta SRT-102 35mm SLR Black Body with 55mm and 200mm lenses. I've joined the forum in hopes of learning a lot about the brand of my next camera. That would be a Nikon!

My Minolta SRT-102 camera ushered me into the photography hobby in 1975 and has served me well ever since. The only other camera that I've owned is part of my iPhone 7 and I didn't get a cellphone until Christmas 2016. Obviously, I don't like to rush out and buy the latest technologies. LOL

I'm looking forward to learning about the Nikon brand from you all. Cheers! Dave

    Welcome aboard. Enjoy the ride.
We look forward to seeing more posts and samples of your work.

The SRT102 was a great camera (I used an SRT101 at work during the 70's).
