I dropped off this site a few months ago when I decided to go full frame and moved to a Canon 6D from my Nikon D7200, but I'm back, why? although the Canon took nice images it just didn't work for me and I really tried with it.
My D7200 had become really familiar to me and I could adjust stuff without even looking at was I was doing, the Canon? no it just didn't work, as an example the two command dials on the Nikon fall under my forefinger and my thumb, with the Canon the rear dial is much lower down on the back of the camera and is flat to the cameras body which meant I had to lower the camera in order to see what I was doing and use both hands to do it.
So it's back to Nikon and a nice new D610 which handles in exactly the same way as my old D7200.
Another bonus is the images I'm getting with the 610 and a 20mm f2.8G lens, in a word "superb" in my view better than the Canon, I shoot mainly landscapes and use Lightroom and the Nikon files really stand out, I'm starting to shoot locations that I have covered with the Canon and in every instance so far I'm happier with the results from the 610.
