I found this forum on Tapatalk and thought it looked interesting. I own a Nikon D3200. I'm teaching myself to use it, slowly, but surely. I had a Nikon Coolpix L105 before this and other point & shoots before that. It seems Like this may be just the place to pick up some lessons. Also, I'm looking forward to finding some acquaintances.

On the VT border, in the hook at the bottom of Lake Champlain.

Welcome again. Visiting upstate NY below the Finger Lakes at present myself. Lived in this area once. When I told friends and family I was moving to New York, their jaws dropped because they imagined the city. It's a great city, and I'm not slighting it when I say, the best of New York is above the 42nd parallel.

Most people don't realize how big NY State is. Living here lifelong, I detest NYC. It is the sewer of what could be the greatest State in the nation. That's an entirely different subject and I haven't found the "political" section of the forum yet. ;)

Ahh...Lake Champlain. Lots of memories for me. Learned to swim at Plattsburg many moons ago (I was 3, I think) :) Welcome to the forum, Yot. (Isn't that TOY spelled backwards? ;) )
