Just wanted to introduce myself. Long-time forum browser, but never on photography forums.

Anyway...currently have a D5100, and deciding soon between a D610 or D7100...seems like a lot of people are in the same dilemma.

Hoping to learn a lot and also contribute to this forum.

Welcome to Nikonites! That's a hard choice. Both are great cameras. It all boils down to what you want to do with the camera.

Welcome to the forum. Nice shot.

I think you'll appreciate the D610 more if you shoot a lot of landscape shots since it has a wider field of view.

I used to live in Laguna Hills near El Toro and Irvine area.
