Hi there to all you Nikonites !!!!

I would like to say hello to you all and introduce myself.
My name is Ian, I am retired from the 9-5 job, and I hail from Northern Ireland.
I have only joined the site this evening and do look forward to spending many enjoyable days here and in doing so I may also make some new Nikon friends. In the past I have probably tried my hand at most types of photography but my main interests would tend to be in the nature/landscape area. Looking forward to eventually meeting up with you guys here on the forums.

I am looking forward to seeing your photos . . . the landscapes in Ireland must be absolutely breathtaking (I only saw your beautiful island from the deck of the Brittanic when we sailed from USA to England for a visit -- it arose from the morning mist like an emerald!)
