Not much info on specs, just DX, 20mp, and 11 fps. It will be interesting to see what they have come up with.

I saw this post on Nikon Rumors this morning. That is a pretty high altitude view. Cannot see much. It will be interesting to see them moving forward. I was surprised by 20MP. I would of thought 24MP

Have to say this has grabbed my interest,i never wanted to leave Nikon and DX lenses not too fast for this could be made lighter using more plastics, who knows i may be able to post anywhere on the forum next year.

20MP doesnt concern me if its done right, no good at working this out but if you crop DX from a Z6 how many MP do you get?

I wasn't concerned about the 20 MP being insufficient it was more an issue of surprise. The FX Z6 can handle up to 12 fps with 24MP I would have thought the DX could do the same.

But that is a good question. I checked the manual and the DX 10.3 Megapixels. Less than 1/2 the FX mode. Croping the Z6 means you better fill the frame. You are in the range of a D700 photo cropped a bit in post.
