Just discovered this site and love all the posts! My question is this: my wife and just bought each other J5s for Christmas and while we both have done a little photography in the past nothing compares to all the capabilities that the J5 is capable of. I have done a bit of research and I was hoping to find tutorials that go through and explain and help with each one of the modes and the associated settings, but alas I have not found anything. I know it sounds like a bite of a big ask and I am not looking for "learning photography" overnight but at least something more then what the user manual comes with! Any help is appreciated!

A good place to start would be the J5 Reference Manual. The reference manuals go into a lot more detail than the User's Manuals do.
