Well I got the good news today. After being carless for over 4 months my car is up and running and the timing could not be better. I will be picking my car up Tuesday week and then doing some quick shopping for supplies, packing my car up to leave wednesday or thursday morning. My aim is to go hunting for Leichardt Grasshoppers, these rare grasshoppers0 Thanks/Like
Well its been pretty quiet on night shift and apart from having plenty of bugs to shoot I have also been experimenting with different backgrounds. As you would have noticed my night time macros tend to be surrounded by back space due to it being dark and the flash firing, well I have come up with an idea by adding in my own backgrounds. This in itself0 Thanks/Like
Well I have just been for a walk and drive around work and low and behold there are many bugs floating around. I have photographed everything from little jumping spiders to large grasshoppers and sleeping butterflies. I have even had a bright green spider jump at me (oh what fun) and an army of ants trying to climb up my trouser legs. It must be also0 Thanks/Like
Well on Saturday I was invited to Candy Jam 2013.

Ok well here I am at my start of a 12hr shift and its my last one for 2 months yeehaaaaa.
Tonight is all about finalizing what is need for my trip, I am considering a Sony action camera to strap to myself, this will come in handy when I trek to find the Mountain Gorillas. I also need:
- shower caps for my lenses.
- Suitable biodegradable
