Biography:

Retired and loving it. Avid nature lover all my life and now have a lot more time to spend exploring the woods and fields around me. A little P510 first got me interested in photography and since then I've been slowly but steadily upgrading my equipment and working hard to improve my photography skills. (Still have a long ways to go.) The purchase of a D7100 and a used AF-S VR Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED in November 2013 really helped me get going and I've since added several more lenses. Every trip out the door is a new learning experience.
