I have been on kind of an "extreme macro" kick lately

This Willow Mason Wasp is less than a half inch long. I photographed it with the D850, PB-6 bellows and 35mm f/2 AIS Nikkor (reversed) which gave me a 5X magnification on the sensor. Depth of field was nil, even @ f/11, it took 31 images focus stacked in PS to get this final image. It took more because I wanted its antennae in focus too, but still the in focus depth is only about 4.8mm.
