Tamron 90mm macro...

I finally pulled the trigger on a Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Macro 1:1 Di Lens for Nikon with a 55mm Hoya HD Digital Multi-Coated UV filter , and a 55mm Hoya HD Digital Multi-Coated Circular filter... I should be getting it tomorrow. I will hopefully be posting shots here real soon (unless my wife makes me wait until my birthday on the 18th to use it).

Does anybody have any experience with the tamron? I toyed with the thought of getting the Tokina 100mm but I finally settled on this... One day I want the Nikon 200mm micro... that's a bit pricey though.

I have used the Tam 90 for a number of years and found it a most satisfying lens. I use it almost daily at my hort department job for flowers, bugs, and anything else that wanders by. Anything of mine you see in the macro forum were taken with it.
