Triangulum/Pinwheel Galaxy

Andromeda Galaxy has been the popular subject, but how about Triangulum Galaxy (Pinwheel Galaxy)? It is the 2nd closest galaxy to us. And it is not that far away from Andromeda, you just can't see it with unassisted eyes.

I did this at the end of taking a series of Mars and Uranus. Battery was getting low and I was getting cold so only 27 layers stacked. 45 second exposures each. Stacked with DSS, edited rather quickly with RawTherapee and GIMP.

I threw out 2 images and restacked with DSS. This is now mainly processed with Luminar4 and some touch-up in GIMP. This may be a work in progress for the entire weekend too.

Edit: I took that TIFF output from DSS and again came at it fresh using RawTherapee and touched-up in GIMP. Might be the final.
