My husband left for work and didn't even try to get me back up. I woke up in time to see it faint above the horizon. It looked cool, but there was no way to get a decent image by that point.

The little bit I saw looked cool, but I was in no condition to shoot images. It will probably take me another 2 days to recover if he doens't do the same thing to me tonight. He is on pain meds now, so he finally passed out
Hope you and your puppy get a good nights sleep and he heals quickly.

About 30 of us were at the local lake looking in vain at a bank of clouds. The moon never did pop out.

Thanks. I think he is a little better today. Not pacing like he was the last 2 nights.

Oh, no. I got up, but then only saw the backs of my eyelids. We didn't have clouds, but it was a little hazy. I could have gotten some goo images, though. I found out the hubby tried to wake me back up without success.

Gee, I thought it was a blue, blood moon, not a green moon. Maybe the moon is made of green cheese after all!
