First Blooms - Signs of Spring are Here!

I see some blooming in the yard. I really liked these two shots.

yes they are nice except for the fact that they herald spring for you and autumn for us!!!

Well Mike, my carpenter called me this afternoon and said his tulips were pushing up thru the snow so maybe we will even see spring someday

I think you are probably a couple weeks ahead of me. I am probably 100 miles north of you. It did hit 73° here today though.

I sure see an IQ degradation when I post them here. They are much better when viewed in Photoshop or on my computer at larger size. They look softer when posted here.

I wouldn't mind seeing a few signs of Spring, too. I just don't want it to freeze again after the blooms set. These are inspiring images... I need to get out there and scrounge my yard for any signs!

Just curious why an image, at web resolutions, would look different here than they do viewed in an image editor on my computer?

Only that I notice files grow in size once posted. They gain a few kb's for some reason.

I think that a much smaller portion of the file comes thru which degrades resolution. We can still plainly see that they are fine photos.
