Until I get some new Nikon gear please bear with me if I rummage through the shoebox.
To get this shot I was being rather foolish by edging my way gingerly along a narrow rock ledge
at risk of being swept into the sea by an exploading wave.

According to the Kuso exif data the shot was taken in March, 2008 using AE mode. Presumably the D70s chose those settings to hold the high EV reading off the foam and clouds. For whatever reason ISO values aren't given in the exif data of any of my D70s files but the shutter and aperture combination would be consistent with ISO400.
