Any 'Chicago' fans here?

Tomorrow I am hoping to fulfill a dream by taking pics at a park. Why? Because it's Saturday. In the park. I think it was the 4th of July. The day only falls once every so many years. ;)

Sorry for the last minute post. If you live near a park and have access to take pics on July 4th, please post them here. And in case anyone doesn't know what I mean, then....:)

I love early Chicago. Post Terry Kath and Peter Cetera, I didn't like their songs and arrangements quite as well. Always a very good band through the years, though.

I ran around our local lake today, but no camera, so I have nothing to contribute photographically. Hopefully others can take up the slack. :)

I made sure to get out there simply to fulfill a dream! Lol. Most of my pics were of the memorial benches, but I did take a few scenic shots of the lake! :)

Cool idea for a picture post.......I never thought about the correlation. I love Chicago. I've never seen them but I never really had a desire to see Chicago without Peter Cetera nor Peter Cetera without Chicago.

This was from Saturday, July 4th. There is a company that rents kayaks and paddle boards at the park. I was surprised with the low number of people Saturday. Only a couple of fishermen and very few walkers/bicyclists. But there were a few people out on the lake. The flip screen is great! I never expected to use it, but I do.
