Brookgreen Gardens is a botanical and animal park that was established in 1931. It also has over a hundred bronze statues throughout the grounds. I went out for a few hours today and shot some wildlife.
There are snowy egrets all over the place
I came upon a Barr Owl
Apparently there was a turtle convention in town so I managed to catch 8 of them in a meeting...……….
And as I was driving around I spotted about a half dozen turkey hens in the woods. The hens are butt ugly but they sure taste good!
I don't get to use the fisheye all that often so when I saw this skylight in a covered area I couldn't resist!
