Reducing photo file size for e-mailing

Hi Guys
Does anyone have a favorite program for deducing file size for e-mailing. I am using AOL, which had the program. The new AOL Gold does not have the program any more.

Just about every editing app on the planet has a resize function.

What I use depends on how many images I have, and whether I want to resize them all the same.

Yes ViewNx-i is one, so is the windows photo viewer. Then there is IrfanView and a host of freeware.

I normally downsize while exporting to jpeg, after processing in Capture NX-D.
