In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, gas prices began to rise immediately. This was taken on Tuesday. By yesterday (Thursday) the price was up to $293.9 per gallon for regular unleaded.

Post your prices. It will be interesting to see whose goes up the most and in what areas of the country/world.

After reports of price gouging in Dallas, it seems most stations have settled in on $2.69 for unleaded ... if you can find it.

I still get gas from Costco, and was able to get it for $2.44 earlier in the week.

I think I paid $2.49 GA yesterday in South Carolina as Hurricane Irma approaches. A handful of stations have run dry, but most have fuel. Irma's predicted course has since changed, taking it west into central Georgia.

Are you staying put in Florida Marilynne?

And I'm in Pennsylvania! ::what:: For those not familiar with US geography, I'm a long ways away from the storm! Gas was $2.49.9 just a few weeks ago, too, although they always tend to raise the price around Labor Day (which was this past weekend).

Did you factor in that the US gallon is only 83.26% of a British gallon Mike? Still, i can't be arsed to do the maths on that one!:D
