This was a really tough one this month. And unlike Fish , I cut two of my other babies loose and made a favorite child pick.



p.s. Since fish couldn't pick his favorite child... it's the first one.

So many to choose from while I was down in St. Maarten. But I guess this one was my personal favorite since I enjoyed shooting around the airport there.

My favorite shot of November was also my luckiest shot probably ever. I was shooting into the bush with not that much light. This little fella was just sitting on one of the twigs,and I was going for just a regular "bird sitting on a twig" shot.
Normally my camera snaps right into focus, but this time it took a fraction of a second longer. Lucky for me this birdie took off flying just as I achived focus and hit the shutter.

Favorite because these fly fast and are difficult to get.

Beautiful wings spreads on those two previous shots.

When I finally figured out the D7100

I am going to go with this one... my still life for my Theme...
