Dirty lens

Just bought a used Sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 EX DC HSM lens. It's in pretty good nick but the front lens looks to be slightly greasy. Tries a Lenspen to no avail and also some Optical Wonder fluid. Still looks a bit grubby. Any ideas for cleaning the lens properly? I have had loads of lenses and never had a problem before.

Optical Wonder fluid seems to be highly rated for astronomical telescope optics. However, it may not be the best solution for a camera lens. I would try some photography lens cleaning solution.

How is the Image quality? If the condition wasn't disclosed, I'd return it!

Have now ordered some 'proper' lens cleaning fluid. Will arrive tomorrow, if it works then fine, if not will contact the seller.
